We at 1ballsports.com guarantee your satisfaction with each and every one of our products*. If you, for any reason, are not completely satisfied with your 1ballsports product, please e-mail us at customerservice@1ballsports.com within 30 days of the receipt of your merchandise.  Tell us why you are not happy**, and we will send you a return label. We guarantee you a 100% refund, including shipping, on any un-worn or un-washed*** product that you have purchased. Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your card for the cost of the t-shirt as well as the shipping costs.

 ** We ask that you tell us what we did wrong so that we may immediately correct the problem. While this is not mandatory for your        return, it will help us better serve our customers.  It will also ensure that should you make another purchase, that we will not           duplicate our mistake.  Thank you in advance for your valuable input.
*** We must insist that the t-shirt has not been worn or washed.  We can only guarantee the product in its original condition. Any           worn or washed product will nullify the guarantee.  However, we will work with you to fix your dissatisfaction.
